Responsibilities

The Finance and Operations Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the management of our financial systems, including QuickBooks, reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and general company administration. This person will work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and contribute to improving the efficiency of business operations. In addition to these core responsibilities, the analyst will be expected to take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Financial Reporting

  • Assist with financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
  • Manage the day-to-day use of QuickBooks for general ledger entries, financial reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Help streamline AP/AR processes for improved efficiency.

Company Administration

  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to finance, such as preparing documentation for audits or maintaining vendor relationships.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Support in managing payroll and other employee-related finance matters.

Ad-hoc Projects

  • Assist with special projects and analysis as needed.
  • Provide operational support for business process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks that arise in the course of company operations.

Key Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally a start-up
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business Administration or Finance related disciple and/or related experience.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial tools. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience with accounting practices & methodologies such as GAAP
  • Tech savvy with tools (Microsoft Office Suite outlook, PowerPoint, excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work onsite in our Piscataway, NJ location 3x per week.

Client Implementation Specialist with Margin or CCP Experience

As a Client Implementation Specialist at Transcend, you will use your product, business & technical knowledge to successfully implement Transcend software product in Client’s environments. This is a high visibility role within the company which involves planning and coordination with our clients and various internal stakeholders including Product Specialists, Product Technical Leads, and QA Leads.

Qualifications & Experience

Responsibilities

The Client Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the overall project management for the specific engagement in which they are assigned.  You will work with our clients & internal teams to implement our software to support client’s business initiatives.

  • Coordinate all project activities for specific client implementation as assigned
  • Be a liaison between the Client integration team and Transcend leads
  • Partner with Client’s Integration team to install our product in Client’s environments and work on successfully productionizing the software
  • Work as an SME and find creative solutions to Integration challenges across multiple environments and clients

Responsibilities:

Transcend’s Senior Software Developer will work with the team to develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.

  • Work closely with software developers to produce robust core Java code primarily using core Java principles around multi-threading, messaging and caching technologies
