Act as Tech Lead for multiple client adoptions of the company’s software apps
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely deployment, maintenance & support of software modules at clients’ sites and/or cloud-hosted solutions, continuous engagement w/clients; Technical and functional (UAT) support & analysis for better technical outcomes;
- Customize software to meet specifications;
- Work closely with internal IT teams & client counterparts via periodic meetings for SoW execution, issue resolution;
- Handle migration of product deployments from onsite to cloud hosted solutions for company’s clients;
- Provide technical advice & guidance on integration of client systems w/company software apps using architectural design solutions
