Transcend, a leading provider of inventory, funding and liquidity management and optimization solutions, has appointed Thomas Benevento as Head of Relationship Management. In this role, Benevento is responsible for building and overseeing a best-in-class customer experience.

As Transcend continues to expand its global footprint and client-base, it is essential to formalize a Customer Success program focused on transparent communications and partnership. “Since inception, Transcend has been committed to fostering deep strategic partnerships with our clients focused on their success. As we expand our customer-base, it is critical to establish a global role that ensures our clients continue to receive exceptional customer service,” says  Bimal Kadikar, Transcend’s CEO. “I am thrilled that with the addition of Thomas, we can continue to scale Transcend’s industry-leading Customer Success program and maintain strong client partnerships.”

Thomas Benevento joins Transcend with over 15 years of experience within Capital Markets working across a diverse customer base. Early in his career he managed Hedge Fund relationships while working in Prime Brokerage for Deutsche Bank , eventually expanding his coverage into Derivatives, running a team of Relationship Managers. In 2014 he left the sell-side to pursue an opportunity with PrimeOne Solutions, a growing Financial Technology company as the Head of Business Development and Relationship Management, which was eventually acquired by IHS Markit.
